When is my rent due?

Rent is due the 7th day of every month. For rent payment days falling on a federal holiday, rent will be collected following the reopening of banks 1 business day after the federal holiday. Rent is considered late after the 10th day of every month.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can submit rent payments using a personal check, money order, cashier’s check, or through our easy and fast online e-pay service using your portal.

How do I request maintenance?

To submit a Maintenance Request or Emergency Maintenance request you may call or mail us, fill out a maintenance request online using your portal.

What happens when my lease is up?

You are required to give us 60 days’ notice to Vacate. Our office will contact you 90-120 days before your lease expiration and will send you Renewal Letter.

I am moving out, when will I get my deposit back?

You will receive Security Deposit and /or Notice of Intention to
Impose Claim on Security Deposit in 30 days.
